England at the 2027 World Cup

England finally won the World Cup in 2019 at Lord's after three losing finals in 1979, 1987 and 1992. Their defence of the title in 2023 was difficult, and 2027 is a chance to rebuild their one-day reputation.

They begin with a day/night match against Bangladesh in Windhoek and meet South Africa in Gqeberha in one of the stand-out Group B fixtures.

England hold the special 'AB4' Super 7 seeding, the slot reserved for the better of the two fourth-placed group teams.
